install language pack LP for windows8

Windows,

Please use Ctrl + R then type "LPKSetup.exe",
 After "enter" press "Install display languages", 
then select the desired language folder,
 then the lp.cab file inside it. 
THen agree to the license agreement,
 then you will be installing it
